Brio Health Global

Brio advances global mental health and wellbeing through design and collaboration with local leaders and organizations. Through a unique multi-year partnership model, Brio provides a mental health design process, toolkit, consultation, evaluation, and leadership support for building community-owned models of care. Since 2018, Brio has worked with grassroots organizations in Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, India, and Malaysia, creating first-ever care and training to promote mental health and wellbeing in marginalized communities. With Brio's co-creative process, accompaniment, and capacity building, Brio's partners designed and implemented mental health programs reaching more than 2000 people in its first year.

Additionally, hundreds of practitioners and community leaders have utilized Brio's Mental Health Design Toolkit, an open-source set of practices and frameworks created for community-centered design of mental health programs. In 2020, Brio received the Rockefeller Foundation-Acumen Student Social Enterprise Award, and was named as one of Poets and Quants' most disruptive MBA startups.
